Supergirl - Season 4 Episode 07: Rather the Fallen Angel
In the Fourth season, there are a host of more dramatic and realistic issues and events. Allen and Bryney fight to coincide with Deo, and Kara welcomes a new reporter, and Jimes and Lena discuss the impending charge of Jimis, and a series of incidents that transformed Ben Lockud into a permanent freedom agent.

It's still early in the season so there's time for the writers to do something different with this storyline. I hope they do because in this episode at least it was just frustrating.
I would love to see Lena in intellectual conversation with those who created the atom bomb, considering the obvious implications of her inventions, or at least held accountable for not doing so.
"Condensed" is a good way to describe "Rather The Fallen Angel" in general, as it's basically a condensed version of James actually infiltrating the Children of Liberty.
[Lena's] definitely getting a little bit too close to mad scientist levels, but "Rather the Fallen Angel" does a good job illustrating her motivations.
