When the Rugrats family vacation goes awry, they suddenly find themselves on a deserted island, where they're helped by the Thornberrys, a family that travels the world making nature documentaries.
Unless you're a Nickelodeon executive or a six-year-old who's never heard of Pixar, you'll be fervently hoping such desperate tactics signal the end of this tiresome spin-off franchise.
The creators of Rugrats and Thornberrys have done a clever job of figuring crossover points for bringing the two together.
