Spicer Lovejoy is Cal Hockley's right-hand man, assistant and bodyguard. He was a former Pinkerton's detective and a former cop hired by Cal's father to take care of him. Lovejoy was the man who took Jack into custody in E Deck, despite the fact that Rose saved him. Lovejoy was also the only one that suspected that Jack had not saved Rose upon Lovejoy and Dawson's first meeting. He carries a Colt M1911.45 with distinctive engravings. His height was 6' 2 (1.88 m). Lovejoy perished during the sinking, falling through the yawning opening upon the ships' breakage. He was played by David Warner.Strangely enough despite being one of the Titanic victims, he was not seen when Rose died and went into the great beyond Titanic with everyone who perished aboard it. This may have been because he was a villain and probably in the movie's version of hell.
