Misty

Misty (Mercedes McNab) is in New Orleans shooting a porno with her director Doug Shapiro (Joel Murray) and co-star Jenna (Joleigh Fioreavanti). Misty is seen to be very ditzy and is explained to be doing porno as a way to get back at her rich, over-protective father. She does not get on well with Jenna, constantly bickering with her, despite most of the time appearing very stupid. The group go on a tour of the swamps. While on the boat, Shawn (Parry Shen), the tourguide, crashes the boat into rocks causing it to start sinking. The tourists must cross a tree to get to shore. Misty is very reluctant to do so, terrified. While crossing, another tourist Jim Permatteo (Richard Riehle) is bitten by an alligator causing him, Misty and Shapiro to fall into the water, however all make it to shore. After making it to shore, the group discover that Shawn is not a real tour guide and that Shapiro is not a director, however just a man trying to make his own personal porn collection. Another tourist Marybeth (Tamara Feldman) tells the group of the ledgend of Victor Crowley, and revealing her father and brother went missing in the swamp, persumably at the hands of Crowley. The group venture to a house, which Marybeth realizes is Crowleys. Soon after Crowley appears and murders both Jim and his wife Shannon Permatteo (Patrika Darbo). The rest of the group flee. After Shapiro is killed, the survivours go back to the house to gather weapons. While Marybeth and Ben (Joel David Moore) go inside, Misty stands guard with Jenna, Shawn and Marcus (Deon Richmond). Crowley appears, and despite the groups efforts Jenna and Shawn are killed. After running, the group device a plan to lure Crowley back to the house to set him on fire. As Misty stands guard, Marcus soon realizes she has gone missing. Before long, it is seen she has been killed by Crowley as her decapitated head and torso are discovered. Show less «
