Aaron Littleton is the son of Claire Littleton. Claire was very pregnant when the plane crashed and she survived. She was on her way to Los Angeles, where she planned to give her baby up for adoption to a couple that a psychic in her native Australia had told her about. After the crash, she sees the pregnancy through and Aaron is delivered by Kate while Jack is away. The rest of the survivors -- particularly Kate and Sawyer -- become very protective of Aaron, who becomes the focal point of a couple of very dangerous situations.
